She recently won a Platinum, a Gold, and a Bronze award in the first three exhibits of the year from J. Mane Gallery. Her photo of two adorable chipmunks was a 2021 National Wildlife Federation greeting card, and her photo of Bryce Canyon became a National Wildlife Federation greeting card in 2022.

She has two online galleries, The Healing Power of Art and Artists, https://Manhattanarts.com/sandra-belitza-vazquez/, and Manhattan Arts International Showcase, https://www.healing-power-of-art.org/sandra-belitza-vazquez, in addition to her two websites, https://www.sbvaz.com, and https://www.sandyscan.com. The Howland Cultural Center’s recent “Focus on Photographers” exhibit, which ended February 25, included seven of her photographs. She was the featured artist in the April 2023 edition of Living Rhinebeck Magazine and in Bard College’s Spanish language magazine “La Voz” in August 2023. Since learning the technique of scanner photography in November 2019 from Ellen Hoverkamp, Ms. Belitza-Vazquez has found a way to extend her curiosity and artistic sensitivity by creating new worlds using this mechanical process to obtain creations full of life and beauty that began in her mind's eye and invite exploration by the viewer. Her book, "Huey Atlixcayotl -The Art in the Glance,” was published in October 2023 by the government of the state of Puebla, Mexico. The book documents the yearly indigenous dance festival in Atlixco, Puebla, with her photographs taken in the 1970s and 1980s. A short video showing the boxed version of the book is available on her YouTube channel, https://youtube.com/@sandrabelitzavazquez7902?si=P_ki12yOKA7_jiuj
